It’s simple to use:
- Duplicate the template
- Choose the emoji somatic that fits closely to what you’re feeling
- Fill in the date
- The setting of where you are as you’re giving this an input
- Choose the intensity of your emotions - 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest
- Add a reflection to your entry, it can be as short or as long as you want it to be
